Tendulkar, Man of the match (Ind vs Pak Semi Final)

Man of the Match "Sachin Tendulkar"
Sachin Tendulkar: I would like to thank everybody in Mohali for the terrific support. The team played brilliantly. The way we bowled and fielded was awesome. Initially, Viru got us off to a flier and we had to take our time and play out the spinners. We kept losing wickets which we did not want. Raina played well in the end. When we started, we thought about 300-310. Going back to Mumbai is a great occasion. We want to focus on the job that is ahead. All the five matches against Pakistan have been memorable.

Sachin Tendulkar is the MoM for his awesome 85.

Keep Going India...........

India Won the Semi FInal... Now Move to Final

Ind 260/9(50) | Pak 231/10(49.5)
ICC world Cup 2011 Ke Dabang Team "India"
  Ind won by 29 runs. Man of the match: Tendulkar.

India win by 29 runs to reach a dream home final in Mumbai, where they will face Sri Lanka to decide the World Cup! Shahid Afridi leads his team out to shake the hands of the victorious Indians, Pakistan can certainly hold their heads up high after their performances in this tournament. After they breezed through the group stages, with one blip against New Zealand, this was always going to be their biggest challenge. There was so much hype around this game, so much pressure on both teams, but there can be only one winner. Today, it was India.

"This was almost like a final, whenever India and Pakistan play each other the pressure is always doubled," says Harbhajan, somewhat superfluously

Tum Chalo to Hindustan Chalee!!!......

save the girl child

Thats Really a Good news! Tiger numbers are up
1,706 tigers in India today - 295 more than that in the last census in 2006
10 to 15 per cent increase in tiger numbers across the country - that is what expected from the tiger estimation exercise 2011

But Save the Girl Child also.....

Save the girl child today for a better tomorrow

Little girls are just angels who havent yet spread their wings.

The most important gift anyone can give a girl is a belief in her own power as an individual, her value without reference to gender, her respect as a person with potential.

A baby girl....one of the most beautiful miracles in life, one of the greatest choice we can ever know and one the reason why there is little extra sunshine, laughter and happiness in your world today

Become a Leader “The Stories of Success”

sky is the limit.....
Karsanbhai Patel came from a small town of Gujarat to create "Nirma" detergent powder about three decades ago. He showed Hindustan Unilever and others that an unsatisfied group of people who lived below their radar, wanted cheaper but effective washing powder. Nirma went on to become a legendary success story.

There are many such stories of successful people who became immortal by creating new products and services and transforming the way we live. Incidentally, they became very wealthy too. They spotted an unfulfilled need and offered an innovative and acceptable solution to people. In the process, they took calculated risk and convinced customers why they should buy their solutions.

We may have many Karsanbhais around in different industries and markets. They have the passion to innovate and win. They are the people who do not give up easily and are prepared to work hard and face hardships. They are entrepreneurs, and these qualities reflect the essence of entrepreneurship. Several psychologists, sociologists, economists, and management researchers have given us a list of behavioral attributes of an entrepreneur.

The most essential them among are:

* Passionate about doing something new
* Confident about winning
* Persistent with the idea and actions to accomplish the goal
* Persuasive to win support of others
* Hard working and extracting work from others
* Adaptable to situations
* Team oriented and innovative
* Optimistic and not giving up in the face of difficulties
* Ability to manage risk
* Relevant technical and managerial skills
